• Exact Replication: Send us a physical sample or a drawing. If the profile is unique, we will have the custom cutters made to replicate your shape to the millimetre, ensuring your new timber blends seamlessly with the existing.

• Extensive Cutter Library: We hold hundreds of profile cutters in our workshop from previous projects. We always check our library first, if we have a match (or a near-match) already in stock, this significantly reduces the lead time and costs.

• Any quantity: Whether you need 5 meters for a repair or 500 meters for a full renovation, we can machine it.
